The hotel was nice, but the clerk (I think her name was megan) that was on duty the day I checked in was EXCELLENT. When an issue arose later that evening with the accommodations, she excelled in customer service and saved the day. Or, the night to be more accurate. Employees like her, who go above and beyond, are what makes any establishment successful.

The security on first floor that the check in lady gave me. She went above her job for me. The room was cozy, and I felt comfortable. I was surprised how quiet it was. That was nice.

We loved the location, it was near to food and a Walmart and all the historical stuff we love. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions and even gave us recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable!

Location close to 81. Room clean and quiet. Close to food and gas. Loved the shower stalls. Staff was accommodating. I asked about staying back at this hotel on our return trip and was told to call from the road, give the information that we had stayed on Sunday. 7/31, and our information would be pulled up to confirm the reservation. That's a plus when one is traveling unknown roads.

Having a safe friendly place to stay with my pet. They are very kind to pets. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. One of the staff members her name was Empress was exceptional at greeting us and making sure we were taking care of.

Traveling from upstate New York to North Carolina stoped half way this location was perfect a nice breakfast good variety nice to see employee kept everything clean and filled
